Punishment for zina in a non-Muslim country
Question
Is the law for zina (adultery) the same for a divorcee or widower? Suppose a man was married and now he is single after having divorced his wife or she died, will he be killed if he commits zina?
Answer
These laws are applicable in an Islamic state.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
