Desire to give birth to a baby girl
Question
I have two sons alhamdulillah, and expecting a 3rd. Is there any amal for me to perform to increase the chances of having a girl/daughter?
Answer
If you desire to have a daughter, then you may make dua to Allah Ta’ala to grant you a daughter. However, if Allah Ta’ala grants you another son, then this is also a bounty of Allah Ta'ala. Therefore, you should be pleased with the decree of Allah Ta'ala and be grateful for His bounty.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
