Touching one's mother's private part with lust
Question
If someone is 9 or 10 years old and they touch their mother's private part with lust, will it cause hurmat-e-musaaharah?
Answer
No, but it is haraam to do this.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
