Noticing Mazi After Performing Salaah
Question
If a person kisses his wife and starts to discharge mazi continuously and he makes Istinja repeatedly until Jamaat salaah starts, and he joins Jamaat salaah. After Jamaat prayer, he notices some mazi around the private part that may have been discharged during Salaah, is his Salaah valid or does he have to repeat the Salaah individually?
Answer
Apparently, it seems that this discharge had come out after he had washed himself and made wudhu. Hence, the namaaz is not valid. He has to wash the soiled area, renew the wudhu, and repeat the namaaz.

( وعفا ) الشارع ( عن قدر درهم ) وإن كره تحريما فيجب غسله وما دونه تنزيها فيسن وفوقه مبطل فيفرض والعبرة لوقت الصلاة لا الإصابة على الأكثر نهر
و في رد المحتار : قوله ( وإن كره تحريما ) أشار إلى أن العفو عنه بالنسبة إلى صحة الصلاة به فلا ينافي الإثم ... والأقرب أن غسل الدرهم وما دونه مستحب مع العلم به والقدر على غسله فتركه حينئذ خلاف الأولى (رد المحتار 1/316)
