Taking money from one's wife without her permission
Question
Can an unemployed man in debt take money from his employed wife to pay a debt without asking her permission, but having the full intention of replacing the money? Is that regarding as theft?
Answer
This is not permissible. He should not take her wealth without her permission and wilful consent to pay off his debts.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
