Making a condition before marriage that the husband will not take a second wife
Question
Is it permissible for a lady to only agree to marry a man if he accepts that he will not get second wife?
Answer
Even if he accepts this condition then too this condition is null and void.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
