Marrying an adulteress
Question
What is the interpretation of Surah Nur verses 3 and 26?
Answer
Some explain that this was the original law which later was abrogated. Others explain that these verses are explaining the natural tendencies of such people, that an adulterer and immoral man will be inclined to marrying an adulteress and immoral woman.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
