Etiquettes of writing a letter
Question
Can you please let me know the adab and sunnah of letters? For example, letter writing and receiving letters.
Answer
Commence with bismillah and greet the person. Thereafter according to the position and social and religious standing of the person you should address him.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
