Humbistari ke beghair halaala hojaata he?

Agar aurat is niyyat se nikaah kare kisi aur se ke me is se talaq le ke pehle shohar ke sath rahu gi aur us shakhs ke sath humbistari na kare to halalah ho jata ha?
Answer
Naye khawind ke saath hambistari karna dharoori he warna halaalah durust nahi hoga.
