Difference between Ijtihaad and Qiyaas

What's the difference between Ijtihaad and Qiyaas?
Answer
Ijtihaad is the work of an imaam who has the salaahiyat for ijtihaad, and qiyaas is to extend the analogy.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
