Signing civil divorce papers
Question
I read that according to some Ulama, the forms of the civil divorce do not count when a person does not intend Shari divorce.

Sorry, I just wanted to ask your procedure just to stay safe. What exactly should I do when signing the forms so the Shari divorce doesn't take place.
Answer
According to the shari`ah if you issue divorce or you instruct to issue divorce on your behalf the divorce is valid.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
