The difference between tasarruf and karaamah

What is the difference between tasarruf and karaamah?
Answer
A karaamat is done by a wali but it is not at all done by his volition and choice. Tasarrruf, at times, is on account of training and exercising some of the spiritual faculties. By exercising some of the spiritual faculties one is able to do certain things.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
