Remarrying one wife after divorcing her before rukhsati
Question
If divorce happend before rukhsati and no physical relations was done, what is the solution if I want to marry the same girl?
Answer
If there was no khalwat-e-saheehah i.e. both of them were not in seclusion where they could have engaged in intercourse, and he had issued just one talaaq then they can get back together by making a new nikaah.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
