Delaying the performance of umrah
Question
If a person comes to Makkah in ihraam but doesn't do Umrah and goes to Madinah and comes back again to Makkah and does Umrah. Is it valid? Is it mandatory once he comes to Makkah to do Umrah? He was in ihraam all time and didn't come out until umrah was completed?
Answer
It is valid. However, he should not unnecessarily delay the performance of umrah.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
