Ustaaz covering minutes late after madrasah
Question
If an ustaaz comes every day with a few minutes of delay to Madrasah but he usually makes up for his hours by staying after the exit time. Is it allowed or not? Can we blame him for his delays?
Answer
This is a contract between the ustaaz and his employers. If the employers are not prepared to accommodate this then this is not right at all.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
