Purchasing stolen items
Question
If someone has done fraud and is selling designer clothing and items by means of fraud, is it permissible to buy any clothes, shoes or accessories from this person Islamically?
Answer
If the items he is selling is stolen, then it is not permissible to purchase from him.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
