Method of accepting Islam

I'm a Jew from Israel. I want to take shahaadah.
Answer
Read the attached book, "What is Islam?". You may audibly recite the words in Lesson 1. Once you declare these words with firm conviction in its meaning, you will be a Muslim.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
