Legitimacy of children after hurmat-e-musaaharah
Question
If hurmat-e-musaaharaah has been established and the talaaq has not taken place. Thereafter the children were born. What about the spouses relationship and what about the children's?
Answer
The children will be legitimate. It is compulsory that the couple be separated with talaaq.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
