SalaahQadha SalaahSaahib-e-tarteeb

Question

If a person who has not yet prayed witr, prays Fajr, is his Fajr prayer valid?

Answer

Yes, his Fajr is valid. However, if he is a saahib-e-tarteeb, then he should first perform the witr qadha salaah and thereafter perform his Fajr salaah.

Note: A Saahib-e-Tarteeb is that person who has less than six Qadhaa Salaah. It is compulsory for a saahib-e-tarteeb to perform his qadhaa salaah in sequence before he performs the fardh salaah of the time that has set in.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
