Imaam turning to either side after salaah
Question
Is it sunnah or nafil for the imaam to turn his face after saying the salaam of the Asr Salaah. Please explan it.
Answer
If you are referring to the imaam, after completing both salaams of the Asr Salaah, turning to his right side or left side to engage in tasbeehaat and dua, then this is established in the sunnah.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
