The one who is worthy of the most respect and loyalty from the creation
Question
After Allah, who follows in ranking and whom do we give respect to?
Answer
Allah Ta'ala, being the Creator, is worthy of worship and worthy of the greatest respect. We cannot compare any creation to Allah Ta'ala in our allegiance, loyalty and respect which we show to Him. However, after Allah Ta'ala, from among the creation of Allah Ta'ala, the one who is worthy of the most respect and loyalty is Hazrat Rasulullah (sallallahu alaihi wasallam).
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.

يَـايُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لَا تُقَدِّمُوا بَيْنَ يَدَىِ اللّـهِ وَرَسُولِهِ وَاتَّقُوا۟ اللّـهَ إِنَّ اللّـهَ سَمِيعٌ عَلِيمٌ (الحجرات: 1)
وَمَنْ يُطِعِ اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ فَقَدْ فَازَ فَوْزًا عَظِيمًا (الأحزاب: 71)
حدثني أبو هريرة قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: أنا سيد ولد آدم يوم القيامة وأول من ينشق عنه القبر وأول شافع وأول مشفع (صحيح مسلم، الرقم: 2278)
عن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال فوالذي نفسي بيده لا يؤمن أحدكم حتى أكون أحب إليه من والده وولده (صحيح البخاري، الرقم:14)
عن أنس قال: قال النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم: لا يؤمن أحدكم حتى أكون أحب إليه من والده وولده والناس أجمعين (صحيح البخاري، الرقم:15)
