Iddat
Question
Mai 4.5 mah se apne maike mai hu. Is doran mere or mere shohar ke beech mai intercourse nahi huwa. Ab talaaq hone ki surat mai iddat ki kiya ahkaam hain?
Answer
Agar aap ke khaawind aap ko talaaq dede, to us ke bad aap ki iddat shuroo hogi. Agar aap haamila nahi he, to aap ki iddat teen haidh hogi. Jab teen haidh guzar jaaye, to aap ki iddat khatam hogi. Agar aap haamila he, to aap ki iddat wad-e-hamal hogi.
