Having an Islamic will
Question
If I have 2 properties, is it compulsory in Islam for me to make a will before I die?
Answer
When living in a non-Muslim country you need to ensure that your assets are distributed correctly after your death. You should do whatever it takes to ensure that your estate is winded correctly. One of the ways is by having an Islamic will.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
