Wife refusing husband from having relations with her due to being tired
Question
Can a wife refuse her husband from having relations with her due to being very tired and in need of sleep?
Answer
Most domestic intimate matters require understanding, consideration, and foregoing of rights. If there is understanding and foregoing of rights then there would be no problems. What is there in suppressing one's right for a few moments to bring about an overall happy, loving, and understanding atmosphere.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
