Government retirement fund se paise lena

Govt. mulazim ko jo retirement ke bad paise milte hen govt. ki tarf se kiya wo lena jaiz he?
Answer
Jaha wo mazdoori karte the, agar un ke company un ke tankhaa (salary) me se kuch paise nikaal kar retirement fund me lagaate the aur ye government ke qaanoon ke muwaafiq tha jis me mazdoor ko koi ikhtiyaar nahi, to jo paise retirement fund se un ko mil jaaye retired hone ke bad, wo un ke liye jaaiz hoga.
