Meaning of the names Filzah and Rumaysaa

Can you please let me know the meaning of the names Filza and Rumaysaa. For Rumaysaa I read in book that it is the name of a Sahaabiyah.
Answer
Filzah means "Piece" and Rumaysa is the name of a star.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
