Eating fruit from a tree from a rented house
Question
A non-Muslim friend is renting a home. He gave me some avocados from a tree in his yard, am I allowed to eat it them?
Answer
If his landlord allows him to eat from the fruit of the tree, then you can accept it from your neighbour.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
