Question

I wanted to know if my wife's elder sister is a mahram to me and can she come in front of me or talk to me or we all family members can eat together or go out together as a family?

Answer

No.

All the non mahram women should sit separately, not on the same dastarkhan.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
