Qasr salaah for a student studying in another town or country
Question
What's the ruling on shortening of prayer (qasr) for a student who went to study in another town/country for more than a year?
Answer
If he is living in just one town and he is not travelling around then he will complete the namaaz in full.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
