The opportunity of learning the Quraan

Can anyone become a hafiz by learning the Quraan or has Allah Ta'ala only selected certain people to be haafizul Quraan?
Answer
No, the opportunity is for all. Just as the recitation is an opportunity given to all, this is also an open opportunity.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
