Gifting one's wealth to one's children and thereafter asking for some amount back
Question
My grandfather has distributed his wealth in his lifetime to my father and my other two uncles with all the paper work and right's. Now he wants some amount back from it from my father.
Answer
If they have got full control of the gifted items and your grandfather is well off and he does not have any needs then it is left to the discretion of your father whether he wants to give him something or not.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
