Does committing kufr count as a divorce
Question
If someone commits kufr and they have to renew their marriage, does this count as a divorce? Have they used up one of their 3 divorces?
Answer
This does not count as divorce. Hence, the husband will still have three talaaqs.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
