Paying a child's school fees with zakaat money without informing the child or the parents
Question
Can a person use his zakaah money to pay a na baligh childs school fees without informing the child or the parents.
The reason being the parents are drug addicts so if they know that I am paying their childs school fees, they will harass me for money to feed their bad habit.
Answer
If it was paid directly without the child's parents or guardians giving permission then the zakaat is not done.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
