Punishment for killing someone's horse
Question
What's the punishment for murdering someone's horse? Is it allowed to kill him after making sure for that he did it?
Answer
If a person killed someone's horse, then he will be liable to pay the value of the horse. The owner of the horse does not have the right to kill the one who killed his horse as an animal is not equal to a person.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
