Trading in stocks
Question
Is it permissible in Islam for a Muslim to trade/invest in stocks and earn an income from the profits every month? Will the earnings be Halaal?
Answer
If the transaction is structured correctly and there is no impermissible clause included in the transaction, then it will be permissible and the profits will be halaal.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
