Non-Muslim slaughtering one's aqeeqah animal
Question
In a family of 8, I am the only Muslim. I want to perform aqeeqah and I cannot slaughter. Can a non-Muslim slaughter for me?
Answer
The non-Muslim's slaughtering is haraam. You will have to get a Muslim to do the slaughtering.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
