Doing zumba without music for weight loss

Is it permissible to do zumba without music for weight loss?
Answer
If Zumba refers to dancing, then dancing is not permissible in Islam, regardless of whether it is with music or not.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
