Moving in ruku and jalsah
Question
In the Jalsa or Ruku in prayer, we have to stop for at least one Subhanallah, but do we have to sit in Jalsa completely motionless, or is it okay if we sit for at least one Subhanallah but in that time our arm moved a little or our leg(s) moved a little? The same question is for Ruku too, do we have to be completely motionless, or is it okay that we be in Ruku for at least one Subhanallah but during that time we move a little?
Answer
It is against the sunnat.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
