Nikaah & Marriage IssuesConditions for the validity of NikaahWitnesses

Question

If someone got married through the court and didn't fulfil the requirements for it to be an Islamic valid marriage, is this marriage still accepted in Islam?

The bride didn't have a wali due to her being the only Muslim but there also wasn't any male witnesses present during the ceremony.

Answer

If there were no Muslim male witnesses present, then the nikaah was not valid.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
