Touching one's wife's private part while she was in the state of haidh
Question
If a person touches his wife's private part in the state of haidh, not realising she was in haidh, what should he do?
Answer
If he did not have knowledge of her being in the state of haidh and he thought she was paak, then he will not be sinful. However, upon realizing, he should immediately refrain.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
