Renting a premises back to the company one rented it from

If I invest with following conditions with a company then is it permissible in Islam:- I buy 2 square feet of an apartment from a company in 3 lacs (apartment is part of a building which is not constructed yet however as assured by the company; its area has been bought, plans etc approved from UAE government as well, work to be started soon). Ownership of 2 square feet is given to me. I give this area on rent to the same company with mutual agreement. The rent is fixed at 48 thousands.
