Cycle of Haidh With Bleeding Stopping In Between
Question
A woman used to bleed for 10 days, which was her complete cycle. However recently (after Childbirth or oral contraceptives) she bleeds for 7 Days. She does not bleed for the next 5-7 days and resumes bleeding thereafter for a while. After 7 days of bleeding is Salaah ,Quran recitation, Conjugal relationship permitted? How many days is her monthly cycle?
Answer
Her monthly cycle will be for ten days. After the tenth day, she may bath and resume conjugal relations etc.
Q: In other words, she should also only resume Salaah and Quran after 10 days even though she stopped bleeding after 7 days?
A: Yes, she will resume her Salaah after the tenth day as well.
