Mazoor performing Fajr Salaah with the wudhu of Tahajjud
Question
If a lady is mazoor, and she reads her tahujjud namaaz and didn't move from her place and fajr time set in. Does she have to go and make fresh wudhu?
Answer
If the uzr she is experiencing was found after the last wudhu she made, then upon the entry of fajr time, she will have to make a new wudhu. However, if the uzr she is experiencing was not found, then upon the entry of fajr time, she does not have to make a new wudhu. She can perform her fajr salaah with her previous wudhu.
