Learning the aayat and translation while doing hifz
Question
Is it wise for a hifz student to memorise his sabak with the translation of the ayaat?
Answer
Yes, it is good. However, he should study the translation or Tafseer of the Quraan Majeed under the supervision of an Aalim who is learned in the field of Tafseer so that he understands the verses of the Quraan Majeed in their correct perspective and context.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
