Applying light make up and talking when meeting a potential spouse

In the situation of meeting a potential spouse...
1. Is it permissible for a girl to put on some light makeup when the boy comes to see her?
2. How long should they speak for?
3. Should she take her parda off when talking?
Answer
1. Yes.
2. Our shariah has given a concession just to view the girl, not to sit and chat with her.
