Hanafi fidyah amount
Question
I would like to know what’s the fidya amount for Hanafee please?
Answer
The fidyah amount is the same as the sadaqtul fitr amount, which is half a saa` (approximately 1.64 kg) of wheat or one saa` (approximately 3.28 kg) of barley or its value. The value will fluctuate from place to place.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
