Question

If I make intention to do qadha fast for the 6 days of Shawwaal after Ramadhan, will I also get the reward for fasting the entire year. Will the same apply if I fast the 9 to 10 days just before eidh ul adha?

Answer

The hadith explains that one who keeps six nafl fasts in Shawaal after keeping the fast of Ramadhaan will receive the reward of fasting the entire year. Hence, this reward will not be acquired by keeping six qadha fast in the month of Shawaal.

And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
