Taking a picture of the back of the head
Question
Is it permissible to take a photo of the back of the head of an animate object, or from below the head down?
Answer
If the entire head is out, it will be permissible provided that the picture is not of a non-mahram woman which is being viewed by a man or of a non-mahram man which is being viewed by a woman.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
