Collecting rent from the purchaser
Question
According to sharia, using ijab and qabul contract of purchase, can the seller collect rental from purchaser if the amount is not fully paid, and if the purchaser has delayed payment by unforseen circumstances, must the purchaser pay rent?
Answer
No. He cannot collect rent.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
