Buying a car on khiyaarush shart and selling it
Question
Zaid buys a car with khiyaarus shart. Can he sell it off within the 3 day period, make his profit, and then pay the due amount to the seller?
Answer
If the khiyaar-ush-shart is for him, the buyer, then it is permissible.
And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.
